Before purchasing a puppy, we kindly ask you to take a moment to familiarize yourself with our puppy policies. We believe in trusting our customers to provide a loving and caring home for their new furry companions, so we don't require prescreening. However, it's important that you have conducted thorough research on the costs associated with dog ownership, have sufficient living or yard space, and can commit to training and bonding with your new friend. If you meet these criteria and agree to our policies, we welcome you to reserve one of our puppies and schedule a pickup! Should you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Our Deposit Policy

We typically wait until puppies are around 2-3 weeks old and displayed on our website before accepting deposits. Occasionally, we may specify a specific day and time to begin accepting deposits for certain in-demand litters, notifying those on our email waiting list at least 24 hours in advance. We operate on a "first deposit placed, first served" basis, although we may offer special considerations to our previous customers. Your deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price. If the puppy you selected has already been reserved, you can choose another puppy or receive a prompt refund. The remaining balance is payable at the time of pickup, and we accept cash or cashiers check as payment methods.

Our Pricing Policy

The pricing for each puppy is as stated on their respective page. Please note that certain puppies may be priced differently based on factors such as color, markings, and other characteristics. Additionally, we occasionally offer discounts for puppies that are around 9 weeks or older and have not yet been reserved.

Our Refund Policy

If any unforeseen circumstances arise regarding the puppy you reserved with a deposit, we offer several options to accommodate the situation. You can choose another available puppy, reserve a future puppy using your deposit, or receive a refund. However, if you fail to fulfill your commitment to pick up the puppy as agreed, your deposit will be used to find a suitable home for the puppy. We understand that certain circumstances are beyond your control, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.

Upon bringing your puppy home, we provide a 72-hour grace period. If you're not satisfied within these three days, you can return the puppy to our kennels. We'll then issue a refund, deducting only the reservation/deposit amount.

Our Sales Tax Policy

Our state requires us to charge and charge sales tax on all our retail puppy sales unless we ship out of state. So please don’t forget to include this in your total purchase price if it isn’t already.

Our Pickup Policy

To pick up your puppy, we recommend scheduling a time during Thursday, Friday, or Saturday forenoons. While local pick-ups are preferred, arrangements can also be made with a delivery service to pick up the puppy on your behalf (details provided below). Our puppies are typically ready for home at around 8 weeks old. By this age, they will have received their necessary shots, undergone de-worming, and had a veterinary examination. However, you have the flexibility to delay the pick-up until the puppy is 10 weeks old. Please be aware that if you choose to pick up the puppy after its 10 weeks old, a daily boarding fee of $2 may apply.

Our Warranty Agreement

GUARANTEE: We provide a one-year guarantee that your puppy is free from major life-threatening health issues resulting from genetic factors, such as hip or elbow dysplasia, patella luxation, and certain types of cancers like lymphoma. If your puppy is diagnosed with such a condition by a licensed veterinarian within the first year after purchase, we offer two options: a refund of up to half of the original puppy price or the opportunity to choose another puppy of the same breed.

LIMITATIONS: It is important to note that our guarantee does not cover normal illnesses or conditions that may arise due to factors like stress from relocation (from our home to yours), shipping, or motion sickness. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the precise adult size, color, or temperament of the puppy, as these factors can vary. Our estimates are based on the breeder's experience.

RESPONSIBILITY: We highly recommend that the buyer promptly arranges a veterinary examination for the puppy upon receiving it to ensure its overall health. Once the puppy is in the buyer's possession, any incurred veterinarian bills are the buyer's responsibility, along with assuming full responsibility for the puppy's care thereafter.

CARE: The buyer agrees to maintain the dog in good physical condition by adhering to regularly scheduled vaccinations, dewormings, and providing appropriate flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Furthermore, the buyer commits to offering proper shelter, exercise, fresh water, nutritious dog food, treats, and other necessary care as advised by a veterinarian.

Our Visitation Policy

We do our best to ensure that all our dogs receive appropriate care according to the AKC Care and Conditions of Dog Policy so we would like to limit outside traffic through our kennels as much as we can to help minimize the potential of someone unintentionally tracking in diseases (like parvo, giardia, etc) we welcome only those seriously interested in a puppy and that have already placed a deposit (Or former customer) to visit our nursery and the see puppies’ parents, please remember it places stress on our mothers to have strangers come in a look at and handle their new-born.
